I know he is not stargazing...i put him back in the tank and he just sits there looking straight..he is kind of rolled up but not in a ball...his head is looking straight...i got him on saturday and he is only 2 months old..he looks healthy and he ate the first day i got him but is it normal for a ball python to just "sit there"?

My ball python is about 8 months old and i am feeding her rats i think they are full grown not supper big but way biger then fuzzys what i was feeding her. Fuzzys seemed to small then i went one up wich was full grown rats at the pet store and they seem much more biger then fuzzys. I feed her now every other tuesday and she can eat them with no probloms. Am i doing this right or are they to large for her?

Hey im a 13 year old boy who s dream is to become a professional programmer :) So i decided to start learning Python but i need help to know how much time does it take to learn Python and what do i need and everything else about starting to learn Python and if it is easy or hard :D

Thinking about buying new pet snake(i have owned before) I want a mexican black kingsnake but i am having problems fiinding someone who is selling 1. So i am thinking about another breed i dont want constictors- or pythons- so does anyone have a good snake breed(i really want a king snake).
Please ONLY experienced answers no guessing.

well i wanted a ball python but i live in NYC and they are illegal in here
so im doing a lot of research about corn snakes
but now im more interested in king and milksnakes
i just came back from a petstore and i asked them a lot of question about the snakes

now im more into milk and king snakes

but im not quiet sure if what they told me is true
i asked them about heating for the snake they told me that in summer its not needed but i will need it in the winter

i have everythign that i need to keep it
i have the heat lamp and heat pad-substrate( reptile bark) -water bowl.some branches and vines

they carry only few types of milk and king snakes like :
"banana" king snake- albino california kingsnake-california kingsnake-Pueblan milksnake- Thayer s Kingsnake
for me everymilk snake looks the same

and the prices arent so high ( up to 100$ albino king snake cost 130$)

my question is can i keep 2 king or milksnakes in the same tank ?? or will they kill each other??

I have seven ball pythons that just won t eat! but my other snakes are still eating so I know it s not some kind of virus or something. any advice?
