my mom is dead scared of snakes but i really want 1 how can i get her over her fear

I have a 12 yr old and she cant decide which she wants and has read bout both and thinks maybe the beardie is to much bc u have to feed it alot can u plz help me *need 2 help her decide*

I am getting a new snake. And i am getting a baby boa constrictor or baby Burmese python. what one should i get. and and info on eather is good

I have never owned a snake or any other reptile before and I am definatly getting one but I don t know which one to get. I am really fascinated in them and I love to observe their behaviors. I want a good beginner snake that will be very rewarding to own. I don t want a Ball Python- Corn Snake- or Garter Snake though. Can somebody please help me out?

I dont know why- but mine is NORMAL. :D whats yours?

I m not thinking that i want a snake right NOW- just for future reference- i wanna ask... should i get a corn snake or a ball python? i ve handled a ball python before and i really like them- but are corn snakes as "friendly-" so-to-speak- as ball pythons?i ve never had a reptile before...i ve read that it s easier to get corn snakes to eat- so that s a plus for me.

do they both eat about the same amount? do they both defecate about the same amount? are there some reasons i should NOT get a corn snake? thanks =)
