I know the the Ball Python species is a thick- short- stouted breed of snake - and it s good if their "fatter".

So- how to I know when fat is *too* fat?

My male is about 2 and a half feet in length- and his thickest girth is about 6 - 6 and a half inches.

He eats/drinks well and according to the veterinarian - a very- very healthy Ball.

But- what is too obese?

like aligators crocodiles or anything that are good movies please names ones not on my list

My Pythons head is strangely small for his length and body size. Comparing him to other snakes his size. (He s almost 2 feet) his head is still the size of the pad of my middle finger- and I have tiny hands)... I read somewhere it can happen if you overfeed but I can guarentee that s not the case with him. so what could other causes be?
