on my custom ball python cage what lights would be best and what sequence should the lights run on?

ps:i have a basking lamp and a heat lamp and a 24" tube light between all my cages now so thats not a problem but what should i use on the cage?

i will soon be building a custom enclosure for my two ball pythons and i was just wondering what are the best dimensions to shoot for?
